Fellows’ is a full-service American tavern nestled at Villa Estate Vineyards in Cazenovia, NY. The food is rooted in seasonal Upstate cooking: shaped by local farms, a chef's garden just outside the kitchen, and the Italian culinary traditions that run deep through the region's immigrant history.

The result is approachable, place-driven cuisine made for the greater Syracuse and Finger Lakes region

The menu builds on the team's years at the acclaimed A Mano Kitchen & Bar in downtown Syracuse, maturing into a more classic tavern spirit
grounded enough to be a go-to for Cazenovia, Manlius & Chittenango, ambitious enough to draw diners from across the region.

The three-season patio and warm dining room do double duty: lazy weekend family mornings and lively evening gatherings feel equally at home here. Winemaker dinners, farm collaborations, and local chef events keep the calendar full and the community growing; because that's what drives us.

Fellows’ is operated by Lauren Markowitz and brothers Alex and Noah Fiacchi of By Hand Hospitality — with over a decade building a loyal dining community in Syracuse and a deep network of local farmers, makers, and producers.
